| Shipping |
Most items ship the following business day. Some items may not be in stock and will need to be shipped directly from the manufacture to fulfill your order, you will be notified if that is the case. In such cases I have no control over order ETA, but I assure you that they will ship your order ASAP!
At this time I will only ship orders in the United States - No foriegn, international, etc. orders will be accepted. If this is you and you place a order, I will send you a friendly note stating this and give you ample opportunity to provide a shippable address.
All orders must go to a physical address - no PO boxes!
All free shipping offers are to the lower 48 states only and are limited to ground shipments. Any item that requires freight shipment, will not be covered under any of the shipping offers. Truth is shipping is not free; the carrier does want their money from me. |
| Shipping Methods |
Different orders are shipped using different methods. The best method at the time your order is shipped will be chosen for your order. All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx and are tracable and insured. |
| Tracking Numbers |
Tracking numbers are given on most orders. Those orders that are backordered and ship directly from the manufacture, I typically don't have access to a tracking number. If it's taking some time to get your order, please let me know and I will obtain a tracking number or figure out what is going on - in most cases I have already been on top of them to get your order out ASAP. |
| Refunds |
Refunds will be given on any order within thirty days, as long as the item is still in brand new condition, in it's original packaging, containing all of it's original contents, and has not been installed. Refunds will be given for any reason, even if you simply change your mind. On all refunds, shipping is not included and is your responsibility.
I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, or a fee for missing product information or packaging.
Special order items are on a case by case basis only. Items not currently in stock are considered special order. |
| Warranty |
All warranty's are handled directly through the appropriate manufacture and they will need to be contacted directly for replacement or service. If something you purchase from me fails, contact me and I can possibly help you get a replacement with the manufacture. |
| Returns |
Anytime you need to return anything to me, be it warranty, refund, returns, etc. You MUST contact me first and obtain an RMA#. Without this, I may not be able to process your return, as I won't know who sent the package to me. |

| Price Matching |
Price match applies only to advertised prices in current catalogs, advertisements or internet stores. They also must be authorized distributors of the product and the product can not be clearance, used, open box, seconds, display units, or refurbished. The price also cannot be an error and it must be verifiable. |
| Online Prices |
We do everything we possibly can to make sure the prices online are accurate, however there are times they might not be. In which case AllJeep.com reserves the right to either negotiate a new, fair, price with you or cancel the item. Either way you will be notified of the discrepency ASAP. |
